Top 4 Distance Universities: Part 2My previous post gave you some information about two distance universities. In this post I’ll focus on two others: Liberty University and DeVry University.

3. Liberty University. This learning institution is situated in Lynchburg, Virginia. Liberty University is a private Christian university that was founded in 1971 by a Senior Pater Jerry Falwell. The mission of the university is to promote intellectual and spiritual balance as well as  self-possession of the students.

The university is among the well-known distance education universities and gives an opportunity to get specialized from more than 60 different academic programs.

At Liberty University you can choose from various specializations (principles of accounting, business communications, business law, introduction to marketing, organizational ethics, philosophy and religion, global industries and operations, cross-cultural business immersion and others) in a number of degrees (Associate’s, Bachelor’s and Master’s).

Overall, 60,000 enrollments are open for on-campus and online students worldwide. Approximately 50,000 of the students study online.

4. Top 4 Distance Universities: Part 2DeVry University. This for-profit higher education university is located in Chicago and was established in 1931.

DeVry offers enrollments for over 80,000 students who can take online study courses or attend classes. The university staff is prepared to satisfy the needs and interests of all the students of the university, notwithstanding whether you are in eye-to-eye contact with them or take your classes online.

DeVry university confers career-oriented degree programs in technology, business, management, science and the arts. You can take your degree at Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s levels. The university also predisposes professional graduate certificates in business, office management and information technology. Depending on the program, it is even possible to receive your Bachelor’s Degree in three years.

In North America, the university has more than 90 campuses.
