I started with an online course, but if you feel the need to interact with an instructor to take full advantage, find an in-class course. Developing reading skills is also very important and laborious. Read whatever  you can, be that a book, a newsletter, or an article on the net. If it is business related it will surely enrich your vocabulary. Be prepared to write a lot for practice and be ready for criticism, so you’ll learn not to make the same mistakes twice.
